All orders from our website are shipped from our warehouse in Las Vegas, NV – USA. In most cases, orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days following the day the order was placed. Once your order has been completed, you will automatically receive an email confirming your order. Upon request you may receive a tracking number.  

What delivery terms do you have for the US?

We offer free shipping in United States for all orders over USD$10. For orders for less than $9.99, the shipment cost will be added at checkout. 

What delivery terms do you have for Canada?

For orders up to USD$49.99, the flat rate is USD$16.35. Orders above USD$50, shipping is free.

Do you deliver Internationally?

We ship to anywhere across the world. Shipment Costs will be calculated at time of order in your cart after you enter your address. 

When will I receive my order?

If you want to track your order, the please contact us through our contact us page for a tracking number. Normal time for shipments in the US is 4-6 business days. International shipments are calculated at time of purchase in your cart depending on your shipment method of choice.

Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?

You might be able to change the delivery address on your order, please reach out to us through our contact us page immediately if you have made an error. All our orders are processed automatically to our warehouse and we can’t guarantee that we are able to update the address before the order leaves the warehouse.

I want to return my order or parts of my order. What can I do?

Our policy is that you are welcome to return the products to us within 30 days from order date in it's original packaging unless the item is faulty by manufacturers defect. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

I received a faulty item or placed the wrong order. What do I do?

First of all, we apologize for the inconvenience! If you received a faulty product contact us at info@mybobino.com provide picture/s and a clear explanation of what’s faulty and we’ll help you out straight away.

Bounced order / Return to sender

If you don't collect your shipment or decline to receive it we will deduct USD $20 when it's returned back to our warehouse. Please be sure all of your shipping information is correct at time of order.
