Shipping & Returns
All orders from our website are shipped from our warehouse in Las Vegas, NV – USA. In most cases, orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days following the day the order was placed. Once your order has been completed, you will automatically receive an email confirming your order. Upon request you may receive a tracking number.
What delivery terms do you have for the US?
We offer free shipping in United States for all orders over USD$50. For orders for less than $50, the shipment cost will be added at checkout.
What delivery terms do you have for Canada?
For orders up to USD$64.99, the flat rate is USD$13.50. Orders above USD$65, shipping is free.
What delivery terms do you have for the European Union?
We offer free shipping in EU for all orders over EUR €99. Within the EU VAT and duties are included in the final price of the order. For orders for less than EUR €99 shipment cost will be added at checkout.
What delivery terms do you have for other countries?
If you would like to make an order to a country outside of the EU, including Norway, Switzerland or the United Kingdom, just contact us at email@example.com and we’ll help you out.
When will I receive my order?
If you want to track your order, the please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a tracking number. Normal time for shipments in the US is 3-5 business days; Canada 7-10 days, EU 7-10 days, NON-EU countries 7-10 days.
Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?
You might be able to change the delivery address on your order, please send us an email to email@example.com as soon as you can. All our orders are processed automatically to our warehouse and we can’t guarantee that we are able to update the address before the order leaves the warehouse.
I want to return my order or parts of my order. What can I do?
Our policy is that you are welcome to return the products to us within 30 days from order date. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

I received a faulty item or placed the wrong order. What do I do?
First of all, we apologize for the inconvenience! If you received a faulty product contact us at email@example.com provide picture/s and a clear explanation of what’s faulty and we’ll help you out straight away.
Bounced order / Return to sender
If you don't collect your shipment or decline to receive it we will deduct USD $20 (EUR 15€) from the order when it's returned back to our warehouse.
